A Parenting Seminar is required in all divorce cases with minor children involved. Both parents are required to attend a seminar if there are children below the age of 18 involved. The parents are not required to attend the seminar together.

"IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILDREN" is presently approved by the Thomas County Superior Court. (See the Southern Judicial Circuit webpage for alternatives).

There is a charge of $40 each person. YOU ARE STRONGLY URGED TO PRE-REGISTER. You may come 10 minutes early for the class and register as a walk-in, in Valdosta and Thomasville. Moultrie is limited to 9 attendees, because of the pandemic. Please call the number below to register for Moultrie.  No registration is handled over the phone for Thomas and Lowndes County. Money orders, cash,  are accepted only, correct change is appreciated. Below is a schedule of classes. The Law Enforcement/Justice Centers do not have class information.
